Welcome to VastCalc ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at vastcalc.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VastCalc. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Minimum age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create a VastCalc account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The calculators on VastCalc are free to use without an account at any age, and no personal information is collected from users who do not sign up. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not knowingly create accounts for users under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.

VastCalc is a free online calculator platform that provides access to a wide range of calculators across categories including mathematics, finance, health, physics, construction, unit conversion, chemistry, and statistics. The Service includes:

• Access to 1,180+ free online calculators
• User account creation and management for personalized features
• The ability to save favorite calculators for quick access
• Calculation history tracking for registered users

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, such as saving favorite calculators and viewing calculation history, you may create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by VastCalc, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Service, except as follows:

• Your device may temporarily store copies of materials incidental to your access and use of the Service
• You may use calculator results for your personal, non-commercial use

All calculator results provided by VastCalc are for informational and educational purposes only. Calculator results should not be used as a substitute for professional financial, medical, engineering, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

While we strive to ensure that our calculators use accurate formulas and produce reliable results, we make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any calculations. You should always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on calculator output.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, VASTCALC EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

VastCalc does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VASTCALC, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUCCESSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in calculator results or other content
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
• Any decisions made or actions taken based on information obtained from the Service
• Any other matter relating to the Service

In no event shall VastCalc's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Service exceed the amount you paid to VastCalc during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is less.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon account termination, your saved favorites and calculation history will be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. A waiver of any term shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
